Job Description	Job Description: Must have experience identifying and resolving bottlenecks in n-tier architecture. • Must have experience tuning the performance for application that is used by 5000 users with 500 concurrent users accessing the application. • Must have experience identifying and implementing tools or scripts to capture capacity information at Platform and Compute layer. • Must have experience working in a data center • 4+ years of IIS Web Administration experience (Versions: 5.0, 6.0, 7.*) • 4+ years working in different Windows Enterprise Server version (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008) • 3+ years of Web Architect experience hosting IIS-based solutions. • Performance tuning of web servers, applications hosting in IIS • Configuration of parameters to tune web servers. • Configuration of DB Parameters optimization • Clustering at Web server level, for farm deployment • Configuration of IIS Web server for n-tier apps for high volume site
