Job Description:
We are looking for Fresh Graduates as Process Associates/Developers/Executives in following profiles
•Technical Support: Responsible for resolving issues pertaining to Networking, Operating System, Hardware, MS Office, Internet Explorer etc.
•Finance & Accounting: Responsible for resolving issues pertaining to Accounting, Invoicing, Accounts Payable + receivable, Reporting, vendor management etc
•Voice Customer Service: Responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client and Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
•Back End Operations: Responsible for Back End Operations

Candidate profile
Qualification: (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) AND (PG – Post Graduation Not Required)
