Learn and adapt End-to-End US talent acquisition Process.
Recruitments on contract and Perm positions.
Resourcing through Internet job portals Dice.com, Monster.com combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
Screening candidates based on resource manager's job description, candidates’ relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.
Regular follow up with software engineers, internal business team and external IT vendors.
Interview scheduling and communicating it to the candidate.
Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and updating job boards.
Understanding the job requirements and providing a pool of candidates within the specified deadline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Candidates must be willing to travel to US if needed. Must be internet savy and should be aware of various IT Technologies.
